Hi Maura--
Maryland's Library for the Blind and Print Disabled has an application in
Spanish, I have attached it here.
And my Midwest vote would be Chicago but since ALA was just there I'm going
to vote for Ohio, preferably Cleveland but I would accept Cincinnati!
