CARDINAL HEATHCARE UPDATE:


Dear Valued Customer,

Attached you'll find an updated Customer FAQs with the most recent news.

On March 15, our order demand hit an all-time high for nearly every item we stock. We immediately put some controls in place to handle the influx of orders and shifting demand, such as allocation rules, Average Monthly usage changes and special order restrictions.

By the end of last week, we were able to relax those measures to get more product to our customers. We are continually evaluating the COVID-19 pandemic and we are committed to managing the supply chain. We appreciate your cooperation with our efforts.

Also, in addition to our SOURCESM Generics Program offering, we are distributing donated hydroxychloroquine product to the areas and eligible customers that are the hardest hit by COVID-19 and continuing to work with manufacturers to bring in incremental product.

As a reminder, help us serve you better by doing these things:


  1.  Please place your complete and final order by 6 p.m. local time. This will help us with the high volume and potentially prevent delivery delays. Note that you may see a change in driver, as we are working to rebalance routes to meet the increased demand.
  2.  Please return your totes the next day. We are experiencing a shortage in pharmaceutical container totes used for safe delivery of pharmaceutical drugs. Should the Logistics Service Partner be unable to recover all empty totes due to the vehicle capacity, a supplemental courier will be dispatched to pick up the totes. This turnaround will allow for consistent replenishment of totes at our facilities and less disruption to deliveries.

Finally, please be sure to log into your ordering platform frequently, as we will be posting alerts on the home page as the situation develops.
