[MyOEBB] Today's OEBB BIE Meeting & Dependent Eligibility Presentation

[MyOEBB system updates]

Dear Business Managers, Superintendents, & Benefits Administrators:

 

Please join us at 2:00 this afternoon for our monthly Benefits and
Information Exchange (BIE) Group - live or web-streamed with
much-improved audio! - including a presentation by Towers Watson
explaining the upcoming Dependent Eligibility Verification Review and
Audit. The meeting will be held in the PEBB/OEBB Board Room, 1225 Ferry
Street SE, Salem, OR 97301. The entire meeting is scheduled from 2:00 pm
to 4:00 pm; the Towers Watson presentation is expected to take up the
first hour. 

 

Attached please find the agenda for the meeting as well as a copy of the
presentation slides.  

 

All interested entity representatives (business managers, benefit
representatives, payroll staff, IT staff, etc.) are welcome to attend
either in person or via video stream. Those watching the video stream
can contribute to the conversation by e-mail or phone.

The conference phone line does have a limited capacity, so we ask that
participants join us via the video stream and only call in when they
have something to share with the group, or have a specific question
rather than calling in for the entire meeting.  

 

The presentation will be recorded and the video will be available
throughout the dependent eligibility audit process for anyone who is
unable to attend, but we do encourage you to join live in order to
participate in the Q&A.
