[MyOEBB] Member Communication - Gift Card Drawing

[MyOEBB system updates]

Dear Business Managers, Superintendents, and Benefits Administrators:

Next week OEBB will be sending a communication to all members enrolled in an OEBB medical plan, informing them of this year's gift card drawing encouraging them to complete their online health assessment (HA) before December 31, 2014. Please see the attached samples for additional details.

This communication will be carrier-specific, so those members enrolled in a Kaiser medical plan will receive instructions specific to the Kaiser HA and those enrolled in a Moda medical plan will receive instructions specific to the Moda HA. These messages will be delivered either via USPS mail or email, depending on the preference indicated in the MyOEBB system. If no preference is indicated, the message will be delivered via USPS mail. All are expected to go out next Thursday, November 20, 2014.

You do not need to take any action. This is purely for your information in case any of your members ask you about it.
