Dear Business Managers and Benefits Administrators:

Later this month, May 23rd and 25th, Weight Watchers will host two identical webinars specifically for OEBB members to help them understand the program and how to access it for FREE using their OEBB medical plan. We are very pleased that Weight Watchers is making this special effort to educate OEBB members about this valuable benefit, and would like to do everything possible to encourage participation.

We have the following communications planned to help OEBB members learn more about this valuable benefit:


1.      TODAY Tuesday May 9th - OEBB will send the attached member email to all members currently enrolled in an OEBB medical plan who have an email address in the MyOEBB system (members can unsubscribe from future messages about this using a link in the footer of the message)

2.      Week of May 15th - Weight Watchers will send the attached self-mailer via USPS to all members enrolled in an OEBB medical plan

3.      Monday, May 22nd - OEBB will resend the same email with the subject line "Don't Forget! Weight Watchers Webinar TOMORROW!" as a final reminder to those who did not unsubscribe


Just a reminder, anyone enrolled in an OEBB medical plan can participate in Weight Watchers (either in At Work Meetings, Community Meetings, or online) at NO COST TO THEM. We hope you will help us spread the word to your employees and encourage OEBB members to take advantage of this valuable benefit.
