Dear Business Managers, Superintendents, and Benefits Administrators:


Flu season is just around the corner. Help keep your staff healthy and happy by booking a no-cost flu shot clinic at your worksite(s).



OEBB and our health plan carriers have partnered with GetAFluShot.com to offer OEBB-participating employers free, onsite flu shot clinics:



  *   Clinics may be held September through December
  *   Minimum 20 or more participating employees per clinic
  *   Participants must be enrolled in an OEBB medical plan, or have coverage with another health plan that partners with GetAFluShot.com<http://www.getaflushot.com/insurance-policy/>
  *   In general, onsite clinic participants must be age 18 or older. If you wish to include participants under age 18, please discuss additional requirements with GetAFluShot staff and your insurance carrier(s).

Booking a flu shot clinic is easy!



  1.  Go to the website GetAFluShot.com<http://www.getaflushot.com/>
  2.  Click "Request Service"
  3.  Complete the online form, including the address where you want the clinic to be held, a preferred time and day of the week, anticipated number of participants (minimum of 20 participants required), and other required information
  4.  Click "Submit"

After you submit your online request, GetAFluShot staff will contact you to confirm a date and location for your onsite clinic. You can also call GetAFluShot at 503-258-9800 or 877-358-7468 to schedule your clinic, if you prefer. Clinic requests will be answered within 48 hours. Submit your request today to secure your desired time slots.
