[MyOEBB] MyOEBB System Rollover

[MyOEBB system updates]

Good Morning

Today, MyOEBB is down for our annual Open Enrollment rollover.  What happens during this time?  Well, see the bulleted points below for the actions we do in MyOEBB:

  *   Mass enroll members in all Basic and Mandatory optional plans
     *   Basic Life
     *   Basic AD&D
     *   Basic Dependent Life
     *   Mandatory Short Term Disability
     *   Mandatory Long Term Disability
     *   Mandatory Long Term Care
  *   End all medical, dental and vision plans effective 9/30/2022 (making this a required open enrollment)
  *   Blank out all Medicare answers of "No" to force members to answer this question during open enrollment
  *   Blank out all "Yes" DEV screen answers to force members to answer these questions during open enrollment
  *   Promote members to new age brackets (if necessary) for Optional Life plans
  *   Move members to a "YES" answer for Medicare if they are age 65 if not already "YES"
  *   Deposit reports in your Document Management outlining mass enrollments stated above

We anticipate the system to be down for most of today as we are also updating the server.  Don't forget our system will also be down on Sunday, August 14th for the entire day to do a mini-rollover.
