[OEBBpremiumcontact] Reminder - New OEBB Banking Information Effective 7/1/2011

Good morning, 


As previously communicated by letter and/or fax, effective July 1, 2011
the Oregon Educators Benefit Board (OEBB) will be moving into a new
state agency, called the "Oregon Health Authority" as directed by the
2009 Legislature. Resulting from this transition, OEBB must establish
new Treasury accounts within the Oregon State Treasury. Please identify
your Entity as either an ACH Credit Entity (meaning you initiate monthly
payment for premiums to OEBB through your financial institution) or ACH
Debit (meaning OEBB initiates monthly payment for premiums through your
financial institution) and read below for the applicable reminders for
actions you must take that are critical for a successful and seamless
transition.

 

ACH Credit Entities:  On June 1st a fax containing the new OEBB Treasury
bank account number was sent to the Premium payment contacts we have on
file for your Educational Entity.  If you did not receive this
information on June 1st, please contact Rosie Chernishoff at
503-378-6597 immediately.  *All premiums starting July 1st MUST be sent
to the new account number.  

 

ACH Debit Entities:  In April a letter containing the new OEBB Company
ID number was emailed out to all ACH Debit entities.  It is critical to
communicate this new Company ID # with your financial institution so
incoming transactions are not blocked. We will be issuing a zero dollar
prenote on 7/1/11 to ensure we have a clear connection with your
financial institution. If you have not received this letter please
contact Rosie Chernishoff at 503-378-6597 immediately.
