I wanted to thank those of you who responded to the National Trust Main Street Center's "Green" survey. I am so proud that we have had the highest rate of response so far from our Oregon communities. By participating in the survey, we have a real opportunity to have an impact on the direction of the Center's involvement in green issues. If you haven't had a chance to respond, there is still time. Dear Main Street Partners,

We want you to be represented in our first-ever National Main Street GREEN Census.  This survey will become the definitive statement on Main Streets as the center of the sustainability movement, and provide baseline data for discussions in our "Main Street GREEN Summit", to be held at the National Trust Main Street Center in January of next year.

This survey will help the Center track trends and attitudes regarding sustainability and Main Street.  Your input on both your obstacles and innovations will help the Center bring more resources to communities.  (As an added bonus for taking the survey, there will be a random drawing for a flip video cam!)
