[OMS_MANAGERS] FW: Volunteer Database

Sheri,

Dallas only is able to keep track of names and hours worked in order to
comply with the Workman's Comp requirements.  I am hoping we can do more in
the future in the way of having some Super Volunteers managing the program
more intensely, but meanwhile.....
