Not knowing all the features you're looking for, I can say that we use SalesForce.com for contact management.  Its internet-based, lots of training, and they offer free or highly discounted subscriptions to non-profits.

I am looking for contact management software - we tried downtown Diva about 8 or 9 years ago but the manager at that time wasn't really impressed with it. Has anyone use it lately with its upgrades? What do you think?

Or would you recommend something else?
