[OMS_MANAGERS] Rules for the Oregon Main Street Revitalization Grant Program

Hello,

Attached is a copy of the Rules for the Oregon Main Street Revitalization Grant program that were approved by the Oregon Parks and Recreation Commission on September 13. We will now be working on the guidelines and the applications. We intend to be ready to open up the grant application process this winter and be ready to award funds when they are available through the sale of lottery bonds in spring 2017.

I also attached the design assistance form. We are still able to fulfill requests through the end of this year so please let your property owners know this service is available.
