Hi Darin.

We publish our agendas and minutes (
http://www.downtownbend.org/dbba-reports-minutes--agendas.html)
We don't currently have our bylaws on the website, but it's not a bad idea.
We provide financial overviews to our stakeholders in their
quarterly reports.

Have a great afternoon,
Mindy Aisling
