Hi Lyndsey,

As in Estacada, I believe any regulation of paint colors would typically be done through a city’s development code, rather than building codes.

We introduced a pre-approved paint palette in our downtown a couple years ago.

In accordance with guidance from the CDC and the State of Oregon, the City of Estacada has resumed normal operations as of 07/06/21. City Hall is open to the public, Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-5pm. Closed Fridays.
