[OMS_MANAGERS] Package stores downtown?

Hey Liz --

We have one on Pioneer Boulevard -- if you were to look at a map of Sandy,
it would literally be at the very center of downtown.  They have been there
for...20 years?

They have been a good tenant and have maintained the building very well.
Very clean and professional.  They even participated in some of our
downtown events back when we had an active Main Street organization.  We
have had zero issues with them.
