[OMS_MANAGERS] Volunteer Hour tracking app

[Director LGMSD]

Hello,
   We are restarting our outreach/organization committee and I would like
to know how other Main Street chapters have employed this committee. Our
former president took it upon herself to be the sole member of outreach, so
I am not well versed in how to use this committee effectively.
