Before asking all of us for these kind of documents, you may want to familiarize yourself with all of the materials developed by Sheri and the Oregon Main Street staff on their website by clicking on the Main Street managers portal. As suggested, one of the tools available is a policies and procedures manual draft.

There is a ton of good stuff available on the portal for getting a Main Street off the ground including materials, both printed and webinars, on committees, board responsibilities, position descriptions, on and on.

Welcome aboard! When Oregon Main Street started, Corvallis' Main Street was one of the premier programs for the entire movement in Oregon. Hopefully, you can return it to that level.

Hello all!

My name is Jen Waters and I'm the President of the forming Downtown Corvallis Organization.

We are about to receive our nonprofit designation, but we are hoping to avoid having to start all over in regards to policies and procedures, finance policies, and other governance policies of the like.

If anyone would be willing to share some of their Governance policies, it would be much appreciated.
