in order to find who might have been buried in this cemetery or any
other cemeteries, somebody will have to travel to Salem, to
the State Archives in order to do a manual searching of death
certificates, checking each one for the county in question.

This is how I was able to learn and identify more burials in
several historic cemeteries in Baker County, the locals had no
knowledge of in first place.

And also, check with funeral homes for their older records (they
are required to keep them, as well as the records of the funeral
homes they acquired.) The records show where burials were.

And if you have access to present and defunct newspapers of the
county in question, search for information about deceased persons.
They usually mention the cemetery.
