For example is this their marriage from the Illinois archives index?

the 1860 Eugene Census page they are on is a very pretty piece of caligraphy
which unfortunately is almost illegible from all the flourishs.

I did manage  to notice they were a couple pages from Eugene Skinner and
family.

I was assuming since he must have been in Idaho in 1853 when John W. was
born that he wasn't elligible for DLC but the way I read the legal he had
two of them, maybe they bought someone else's place?"

I can't pull up the map in my favorite program right now, but it appears
their homestead is in the heart of Eugene, too bad it's not still in your
family huh?

Is Faye F. Christian featured in the following book related? He is from
Maryland and has a son Daniel R.

My name is Paul Christian.  I am doing research on Daniel R Christian, he
and his wife Catherine were pioneers in the Eugene area, called Eugene City
at the time, 1853.   I'm looking for any information about this family and
in particular any living decedents that are alive in this area.  I have
collected a nice historical set of information on his ancestors too going
back to the Revolutionary War.

So any information on living relatives and Daniel R Christian would be
appreciated.
