David; I think I have done 3 or 4 K Falls pages now. Out of ten total. Do we put sister in Title column it would then read surname__________  given name Derwya and title Sister O S F  ??  The arbitrator put Derwa in both the surname and given name column, Maybe it should be in the surname and Sister should be the given name. the arbitrator also read O S F as O S I, is there such an order? That one was in Yamhill county. Also I thought blank lines were supposed to be just that; blank all the way across but the arbitrator numbered all the blank lines.

If surname is not known, it is blanked.

OSF in title column

I know these ones aren't in instructions at all. I will take it up with
higherups.

Under no circumstances column B is to be used. That's house numbers.
Column 3 is Order of visits, and this is the one we want.

In surname list what's on the page. If it says St. Ores, list it as St Ores.

Les, I think I got one of your pages (they're Klamath Falls)

David
