I know we used to have a Houck on the list, rest his soul, but it seems to me like some of the rest of you still have an interest in that surname, anyway I ran across this in searching for random Rondeau's on the Oregon Historic Newspaper site and since some of it probably came out gibberish in the ocr phase I thought I would throw it out here;
