This is an update regarding issues with the Oregon Savings Growth Plan (OSGP) and Voya system that tracks OSGP participant accounts and contributions. Below is the most recent issue impacting some employees for their April wages paid May 1, 2025.

What happened?

  *   550 employees had new OSGP contributions started in April that were included in the file sent from OSGP/Voya to DAS and deducted from employee for the May 1, 2025, pay.

  *   OSGP/VOYA determined the following:
o   328 participants did elect to start contributions, and their May 1 deduction is accurate
o   192 participants are in error and need to be reimbursed
o   30 participants need further review and OSGP/VOYA will be reaching out to these employees directly

How is this being resolved?

  *   DAS made updates for the 192 OSGP participants in a test region and provided the results back to OSGP/VOYA for approval.

  *   Once the data comparison is reviewed and approved by OSGP, DAS will update the benefits for the 192 participants' contributions and add negative pay inputs to reimburse employees prior to May run 1.

  *   The 30 participants' contributions in review will also have action taken to reimburse them if it is determined the contributions were made in error.

  *   A file of impacted agency employees is available in Workday Drive:

  *   Drive>Payroll Resources>Communication> OSGP April 2025 Contribution Refund

  *   Impacted employees on this list have already received communication on this issue from OSGP. The list is intended to provide Payroll Partners with awareness for any questions from employees and no action is needed by agency payroll partners for this issue.

  *   Attached is a PDF copy of the message OSGP sent to impacted employees on the list shared with you in Workday Drive. The communication was sent to employees on May 9, 2025.
