OSPS News ~ Release Item 570 Withholding Orders October 2025

Good morning payroll community,

Release item 570, which changes the way Workday deducts wage withholding orders, will be implemented in October 2025 as part of September run 2. Once implemented, percent-based wage withholding orders will deduct from all disposable wages, including off-cycle payments and mid-month payroll. It’s important that all parties involved, including employees, payroll partners and the Oregon Statewide Payroll Services (OSPS), have sufficient time to prepare for the upcoming change.

We plan to send an email to all impacted employees and agencies in the coming weeks.
