Greetings,

The December timesheet mass approved report will not be distributed due to an issue with payroll processing that is outlined below.

What you need to know
We processed a supplemental payment for some employees on January 2, 2026. This was due to a one-time issue related to Workday system changes implemented to comply with federal tax law changes for 2026. As a result, the December data is not comparable to prior months and will not be used as part of our compliance trends for time approval.

The report “PAY|Mass Approved Time” is available for payroll partners to run and see all employees who had time entry that was mass approved.

The reports shared in Workday Drive will be for employees with time entry mass approved and a mid-month payment was issued. Currently, you will only see a “November R2 2025” report.

The next report uploaded to drive by February 20, 2026, will be for time entry mass approved as part of January run 2 processing for February 13, 2026 pay date.
Below is the path to the mass approved reports in Workday Drive:
· Drive>Payroll Resources>Reports>R2 Mass Approve Reports

What you need to do
This notice is informational only and no action is needed by payroll partners.

Please create a Workday General Help case with any questions regarding the time entry mass approved reports.

Thank you for your partnership.
