RE:  Survey - Restraint and Seclusion

As we address the new law resulting from the passage of HB2939,  ODE is seeking to know which de-escalation training programs are currently being used in your district/s, as well as wanting to learn about your access to trainers.  We have created a survey to obtain this information and need your help.  If you are unable to answer the questions for your district/s, please refer the survey/link to someone else in your district/s or ESD that would be best able to complete the survey.
