For those Travel Card and CTS Coordinators (Program Administrators) who missed the live U.S. Bank Message Client Services training, below is a link to a pre-recorded training video.

Below are the following reminders:

  1.  U.S. Bank Client Service team will not accept email communication effective 10/31/2025. Phone calls are still valid.
  2.  This only applies to Travel Card and CTS Coordinators. This does not apply to credit card holders or their managers.
  3.  Do NOT send sensitive information (i.e., 16-digit credit card number) while using the Message Client Services.
