[Cnaprogram] Curriculum Revisions

Hello-

Attached are forms to assist training program faculty with their curriculum revisions. The newly approved curriculums are now posted on the Board's website at
http://www.oregon.gov/OSBN/pdfs/policies/nacurr_1.pdf and http://www.oregon.gov/OSBN/pdfs/policies/CNA2curriculum.pdf .  All currently approved nursing assistant level one and level two training programs will need to submit revised curriculum outlines to the Board for approval prior to March 1, 2015.  There will be no revision fee for curriculum revisions received in the Board office prior to February 1, 2015.  Revisions submitted before February 1, 2015, that meet the Board standards, will be approved prior to March 1, 2015.  Revisions submitted after February 1, 2015, will have to pay the $75 revision fee and there is no guarantee that they will be approved by March 1, 2015.  On March 1, 2015, any programs that have not had a revision approved will be placed on inactive status pending the approval of a revised curriculum.
