Hello District 5 Self-Sufficiency/Child Welfare Staff and Community Partners,

Tuesday Tidbits are short, specific info bites you can use and share to increase collective knowledge of Lane County's wide-ranging community resource landscape.
Below you will find Mental and Physical Health resources being offered in and for our local community.

Karuna Doulas Weekly Grief and Bereavement Support groups also meet regularly for Death Cafes, providing an opportunity to discuss and explore the end of life.
