Good morning TPEP grantees,

The Oregon State Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD) has proposed rule changes for implementing the Governor's Tobacco-free State Properties Executive Order. OPRD is requesting public comment - this is a great opportunity for you to submit recommendations, share your local stories and be a part of the public rule making process. Please consider voicing your support by submitting written comments or attending one of the public hearings, which will be held in January in Grants Pass, St. Paul, Bend and Newport.

The attached document has additional details, including HPCDP's recommendations to strengthen the proposed Parks rules. Contact your liaison with questions.
