[LHDAccreditation] Accreditation Work Group: Meeting Information & Domains 7 and 12

Accreditation Work Group,

The Accreditation Work Group meeting is coming up on Monday December 10th
1:30-3:30. We will be reviewing documentation requests, discussing updates,
and discussing *domains 7 and 12*.

*Please bring ANY documentation you are considering or planning to use for
Domains 7 and 12 along with any questions or ideas related to these domains*.
We will use these to drive the conversation and share examples across all
the health departments.

The agenda with call-in information and location is attached.
