[LHDAccreditation] Some questions about ramping up for a site visit

Hello, I apologize for the delay.  Best wishes to you, Klamath County!  Please see Marion's responses below.
1.	   Did you have pre-site visit reopened items? If so, how many?
Yes, 4
A lot of sideways documentation uploaded that we needed to correct
9.1.1A - needed to submit additional documentation of engaging our HD leadership and management in establishing or updating a PM System 
11.1.1A - ? Just says reviewed by PHAB in ePHAB, I could not find why this one was reopened
11.2.3A1 - We needed to submit our current HD budget that was in effect when we submitted our documentation to PHAB.
11.2.3A2 - We needed to provide the signed OHA revenue report

2.	   Did you have post-site visit reopened items? If so, how many?
No

3.	   How did you prepare your colleagues for the site visit?
We did an all staff  meeting Jeopardy game on the domains (template attached).  A staff communication via email with a weekly focus on each domain that included a summary page on what the domain was about, a list of documents provided to PHAB for each domain and what they demonstrated, a quiz about that domain that staff could participate in via survey money to be entered into a prize drawing each week, and a poster in a common location each week for staff to bring examples and post them on the poster of how they are doing the work in that domain. 
4.	   What was your overall impression of the site visit experience?
Attaching a summary of our staff debrief of the site visit
5.	   What was the best part?
Being able to highlight and talk about the good work we are doing.  Hearing from the community partners in the community partner meeting with PHAB.
6.	   What do you wish had been better?
See debrief notes attached.
7.	   Do you have a tip to share with another site soon to be visited?
Upload all documentation the right direction =)
Assure your BOC is prepared well in advance and update them as it gets closer (keep them in the loop the whole way through so they know what to expect)

Lane County’s site visit is coming up on Feb 6-7, 2019.  Right now, we’re still waiting to find out which measures get reopened.
