[lstac] [External] Re: LSTA Coordinator procedures

Hi all,

We have written procedures for our workflows.  Admittedly some need some updating, but many are current for our processes.  NC is lucky enough to have a grants assistant position and we have a job overviews for both my position (consultant) and the grants assistant position.  The overviews track based on allotment and month and can help us stay on track in “normal” times. I have attached our workflow docs along with the two job overviews.

I second this. As a new coordinator, I would love to see what others have. I'm starting a manual but it would be great to see other procedures.
