[OMS_MANAGERS] Board Member selection matrix?

Hello!

Coburg has an application and they are submitted to the board to review. We
have a closed session to discuss potential board members and then we have
the board anonymously vote online through a voting app/widget online. I
allow them a full week to vote before I close the poll. So not a matrix
perse but a way for there to be disclosures/discussions about hesitations
vs advocacy but then they vote anonymously.

We also have come up with a way to delicately handle those who aren’t
selected by potentially offering them positions on sub committees where
their assets could still be valuable without being full leadership.
