[Utilities_fit] Documents for next week's meeting

Good morning,

Attached are some documents that we will be looking at next week. Feel free to review them beforehand if you have a chance.

The word documents are:
An in-progress draft document giving guidelines as to what should be included as a framework element and why.
A FAQ that basically summarizes the points of the guidelines document.
The excel files are:
An inventory document detailing the current list of Utility Data Elements. This inventory spreadsheet is something that we need to fill out this year.
A summary of the results from the Business Use survey that I put out a couple of months back. Potentially this could be the basis for a new and more appropriate list of data elements.

I am really looking forward to the meeting and getting to know some folks!
