[Hazards-fit] Joint Hazards and Prep FIT meeting

Hi Hazards FIT,

Hope to see you for the Joint Prep-FIT and Hazard FIT Meeting - December 4th 9-noon

Here is Don Pettit's wonderful intro that I will piggy-back:

Planning-Strength Coffee and Energy-Sustaining Carbohydrates will be provided to fuel the creativity and suppress the sensibilities of those who will be attending.

Please let us know if you can attend in person...even if only tentatively accepting at this time, so we know how much coffee to brew and treats to bake.

Location at DEQ Headquarters (700 NE Multnomah Street, Suite 600, Portland OR 97232).  Parking available on street or in basement parking accessed from NE 9th Avenue.

We will have a call in option for those who cannot travel at that time.  Details about the webinar/phone call will be sent in late November.

Outline of meeting is listed below...and the current Prep-FIT Charter is attached.

We will discuss Prep-FIT charter and learn from their charter to start building the Hazards-FIT charter.

PROPOSED AGENDA

*       Review the Prep-Fit Charter
*       Help Hazards Fit determine a path forward to creating our first charter
*       Review the outcomes of the Framework Forum held in Salem on October 15th...Especially as it relates to our work.
*       Discuss the FIT Work Process/Determine how Prep-FIT and Hazards FIT will decide what work to do and how to get it done
*       Survey Teams with respect to what work we want to do in 2019, prioritize
*       Tentative: Create Workgroups to accomplish action items.  Action items need a champion and a suitable workgroup to move forward
